The S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) accepts requests for information under the S.C. Freedom of Information Act by mail, Fax and email. Per Agency policy, requests for copies of documents that exceed 20 pages will be assessed a fee of 15 cents per page. Fill out the below FOIA request form and submit to our office.

Release of records is governed by the state FOIA law, state Family Privacy Protection Act and any other applicable state and federal laws.
LLR’s Professional and Occupational Licensing Boards (POL) can produce a roster by Board of its active licensees upon request.

Please print and sign the Compliance form and attach a check for $10 for each roster requested. Make checks payable to LLR. The Compliance form provides an address where the form and check can be mailed.
