South Carolina Office of Immigrant Worker Compliance

The "South Carolina Illegal Immigration Reform Act" requires that the Director of the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation maintain a list of all private employers who have been assessed a civil penalty under the law, or who had their license disciplined, or revoked. The list must be published on the agency's Web site.
