Attention Well Drillers Effective Immediately
Beginning April 2009 well driller renewals will be renewed on a biennial basis, meaning, every two (2) years. The Office of Licensure and Compliance (OLC) will mail “reminder cards” the beginning of April of an odd year. Licensees will have the option to pay online or print a renewal notice from our Web site; should you choose the second option, you will need to fill in the licensee information, address, telephone number, and employer information. Board Purpose
The Board licenses qualified individuals to protect the environment for the citizens of the state. These licensees include operators of biological and physical chemical wastewater plants, bottled water, water distribution systems, water treatment plants and well drillers. If necessary, the Board will discipline individuals who do not comply with requirements.
