Due to the uncertainty regarding the impending hurricane, the Board of Pharmacy meeting previously scheduled for September 13th and 14th has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not want to take any risks with individuals having to travel from all parts of the State to attend the meeting. Please stay safe and monitor the Board’s website for any information regarding the possible rescheduling of this meeting outside of the normally scheduled dates.

License renewals are coming up. To ensure a smooth renewal processfor you, please make sure your username, password, and preferred email address are current in your Board records. Please also verify that you are able log into your account. Security updates recently put in place to ensure the protection of your information may require some of you to update information before you can renew online. Click Online Services to verify your information.

Apply Online: Online applications are now available for Pharmacy Technician Initial Registration, Pharmacy Intern Certificate and Pharmacist by Examination. The online applications are located under Applications and Forms

New Third Party Logistics Provider permit and Outsourcing Facility permit applications: At its March 2016 meeting, the Board of Pharmacy approved new classifications of permits for 3PLs and 503B outsourcing facilities.
