Immigration Assistance Services Registration

The Department of LLR is in the process of drafting regulations to address registration of individuals providing immigration assistance services. Proposed regulations will be posted here for comment. Individuals providing immigration assistance services should complete the “Request for State of South Carolina Immigration Assistance Services Registration Form” (pdf) so that we may send you information about registration once the regulations are final.
